Silkscreen print offers an alternative to using metal lines to separate colors. As some artwork does not lend itself to having metal trap lines or the customer requires their art to be reproduced exactly without changes, a printed pin is the answer. In this technique, the solid PMS colors are printed one at a time onto the metal surface and then cut it into the desired shape. Epoxy is added to protect the printed surface.
